Nice.

Dude, it looks like it has great potential. Done very professionally in a trailer format. I can't wait to see more of it, I'll keep an eye out.

True story?

DasModel responds:

Thank you and I'll be sure to finish it. Nope, not a true story.

Nice.

Making an Episode 3 eh? No rush... I mean, if you ever do get on your ass and around to it, I'd like to see it.

Bra-vo!

Incredible. I love your style, and the fact that it had a classic-style/plot to it... perfect.

Not bad.

Not bad, but I'd like to see it at a little higher frame rate.

Eh...

Animate something with your hand and not an emulator, don't use that fucking song, don't rip of LOTR, and lastly, learn to make a preloader.

It looked like it can be an okay movie, but the above is what upset me... sorry :(.

Syrsly responds:

I actually didn't make this trailer. I was just asked to upload it. Yes, I believe it needs a pre-loader as well. But an emulator wasn't even used to make those graphics. Jeez. Ever heard of mspaint? lol

Too good for words...

That's was incredible, amazing. Definately one of my all time favourites, you've got a great future for you.

Your art is the kind I've always hoped of acheiving in my animations, but never could.

That was awesome. Great job.

Fuckin' incredible...

Fuckin' incredible... that's all I have to say.

Very nice little short.

Reminds me of a lot of my stick animations that I used to make. I love the tracing of the gun and the fact that you actually adding slithgt shading to the buildings and stuff. I'd like to see more of this, because like you, I'm trying to get back into animating too.

Good job, glad to have you back in the animated world.

Listen, I'm gonna be honest.

You are what looks to me like an awesome cartoonist and animator (trust me, I only review the good guys). The only advice I can give is that you spend a little more time on your plot/jokes/ideas. I mean, I loved the way the characters were draw, how they were animated, etc. I just think it'd be fun for you if you maybe collaborated with one of your friends (let him write, and you animate).

What I'm saying is that I'm looking forward to your future animations, just with a little more extensive and thought out plot. Good luck, man! Keep up the great drawings.

Friz responds:

Hey, thanks for being honest.

Series Two is written by both me and Ronnie Joice (who has also done a reveiw here.) Thanks anyway.

An amazing tribute.

You know, I've watched EVERY Simpsons episode since day one, and I have almost every itchy and scratchy episode on tape. It's good to see that such a good animator who can probably even make Matt Groening blush did such a great job at duplicating one of the best parts of The Simpsons.

I've thought in the past of doing something like this, but could never get it right. You even had the intro down :-D. You know, most I&S fans who make these spoofs always include the simpsons in some way, which defeats the purpose of it being an I&S cartoon. You created an original spoof, and it turned out PERFECT.

Thank you, I'm looking forward to seeing your work in the future, and this is definately going on my favourites list. Excellent job.

Where art is left to the sleepless...
